Brothers Antonio and Giovanni are a renowned culinary team, who have been producing award-winning food for over 20 years. After working in and owning many Italian restaurants in and around the London area they decided that they wanted to offer something slightly different for their next venture.
Both of Sicilian heritage, authentic regional Sicilian cuisine served in a traditional Italian Trattoria environment was a natural choice and Trattoria Ibleo was born. Using traditional ingredients and cooking methods to serve a menu of old family recipes alongside classic Italian dishes, Trattoria Ibleo has been a favourite amongst fans of high quality Italian cuisine, both local and from further afield, since it opened.
